Stolen script and server deleted

A developer deleted all my server and stole a big script off me now im speaking to the person that made the script because its i.p secure but the developer put his email into the account so i cant even have my script back, how do i report this developer

You Appearently gave them access to everything and didn’t keep backups. Think you might be boned.
