CitizenFX.log file I dont know what that is sorry.
.dmp files/report IDs Also with this I dont know what this is.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far. Restart FiveM, Restart steam, reinstall FiveM but nothing worked
