i have done everything according to the website but the run.cmd still doesnt launch

You don’t run the run.cmd, to start your server follow this guide [FX] Simple Server Starter [Batch File] it includes the file for both linux and windows.

i have done that, using simple starter.bat
still doesnt launch
If you did it correctly it would work 
im not retarted lol i have created this right like 10 times lol even had someone that runs a big server watch me do it and it still doesnt work, he doesnt even know why it doesnt work lol
Maybe provide some info like
- your run command
- your folder structure + paths
you probably need visual studios. download the first link https://docs.fivem.net/server-manual/setting-up-a-server/#prerequisites

Heres my template @Cevu
cd /d C:(Destination to folder)\server-data
C:(Destination to folder)\run.cmd +exec server.cfg
basically copy and paste the destination to the folder and make it use server-data and use the run.cmd and also execute the server.cfg
EDIT the C is the letter of the drive, use the letter of the drive that your server is on
But it doesnt work ita homehosted btw
