Please make sure to complete the entire support template, especially the last three points (Crash ZIP file, CitizenFX.log, and .dmp files and/or report IDs)

Other than that, the error you got happens because of an issue with a metadata file in GTA V. Please follow the instructions listed in the error and verify your game files.
