Deleted Every File and Cache
FiveM Starts up to the “Start” screen then just instantly crashes

Please make sure to complete the entire support template, especially the last three points (Crash ZIP file, CitizenFX.log, and .dmp files and/or report IDs)

Other than that, the error you got happens because of an issue with a metadata file in GTA V. Please follow the instructions listed in the error and verify your game files.
