See the important part, you’re not using the right game build. And game build != artifact.

Works well, nice job. For the people complaining this doesn’t work you need to pass +set sv_enforceGameBuild 2189 as a command line argument.

For example:
C:\FXServer\server\FXServer.exe +exec server.cfg +set sv_enforceGameBuild 2189
