- Dynamic Limb Detection: Engineered using highly optimized native game events (0.00ms on idle). The script perfectly detects whether a player was shot in the left arm, right arm, or legs. Support for multiple limb injuries simultaneously!
- Realistic Bleeding & Limping: Say goodbye to annoying leg-shot ragdolling! The script completely disables falling when shot in the legs and replaces it with a realistic limping animation. If a tourniquet isn’t applied within the customizable timer, the player bleeds out.
- Visual Clothing & Accessories: Once a tourniquet is applied, the player’s clothing dynamically changes to visually show a tourniquet on the exact injured limb (e.g., Accessory ID 12 for both arms). Fully synced across all clients!
- Smart Application Logic: Priority-based targeting lets you easily apply the tourniquet to yourself if you’re bleeding, or seamlessly apply it to the closest injured player near you with a beautiful kneeling animation.
- Extensive Compatibility: Works flawlessly on QBCore, ESX, and Standalone servers. It natively triggers QBCore/ESX hospital events to ensure injuries are properly healed and the limping stops immediately.
- Simplified Configuration: The settings are extremely easy to understand. You can edit the bleeding timer, framework, heal amounts, items, and notifications in the fully unlocked
config.lua.
