None, I just put the resource in the server, ran the sql file and this happens

I donā€™t use this resource. But I was talking to a guy who owned a server that was experiencing these issues with some players. Check your phone contacts in the database for any contacts missing name/phone number fields.

Do you use steam for phone number generation? When a member of my server changes their name on steam, their phone number changes?

Yes, itā€™s NON-ESX. It says standalone in the title of this listing. Standalone means it is compatible with any frameworkā€¦
