[STANDALONE] DisableAnyKey - Deactivate any key input

Hi,

I searched for a script which disables a key input from a player but didnt found any good solution so i made something which works flawless.
My intention was to disable the “v” key in order to stop the user from changing the camera view.

Script works as a standalone and doesnt require ESX but is tested only with ESX1.2.
