Because, like the developers you are asking to develop your scripts for you, Windows is made by developers who work hard and deserve support. It works the same way on all levels.
Also, whilst purchasing a copy of windows you can create a lua file and begin learning to code, post your mistakes here and try to learn - you’re likely to be able to help yourself after that.

it is about the resources and script not about my windows.
The mopping floor animation is available only on Genuine Windows. Weird, I know. But it’s true. I promise.
