Some prop doesn't spawn with addon map

Hey there,

I tried to install The White House addon

The White House [Add-on] [Menyoo] [Custom Props]

I installed Custom Props Add-On and I can spawn the prop of the addon BUT in the oval office floors and walls won’t spawn. Does anyone know something about this?
