The vehicle shop is empty, you can enter in but you fall under the map.
I reinstall, es_freeroam, essentialmode, setup database, clear cache but :

Try to download essentialmod via this link. The last update allowed me to fix this problem all yesterday evening
Done, but same thing.
Fixe by reinstalling all the stuff
