System specifications i7 8700, GTX 1050ti, 32GB RAM.
What did you do to get this issue? Anytime I move towards Legion Square or Mission Row PD, Sandy Shores and several other areas
What server did you get this issue on? Glasgow City Roleplay

Seems the issue is coming server side as is happening to everyone who joins the server, have tried reverting everything back to before the issue occurred and it is still happening …

I am the server owner, hense the ‘i reverted everything back to how it was before the issue occurred’

Issue was a handling file causing crashes when you went near a car

you will need to go through your handling files and keep trying them until it stops.
