i read it… im new on making gta server and i need help. this is the reason why i am asking for help.
idk what to add or change in config…
i tried to add this car but it keep saying " the vehicle is downloading…
Config looks fine, you might of added your vehicle incorrectly.
Have you waited for the vehicle to actually download?

No. If you are using esx_vehicleshop you will find a table called vehicles in your database, copy a row and edit to your car name, price and category
