for some reason cant open my discord there,

You need to link your Discord and wait up to six hours for the forums to sync and you will receive your server perks.

Discord invite link can be found in the menu on FiveM’s main page https://fivem.net
Your Forum email + Patreon email have to be the same. Then wait up to 6 hours for Patreon to sync with FiveM
