Is there a way to check client handling like this? if they not have the same handling
These servers seem to abuse _get_vehicle_model_max_speed to compare with their handling.cfg.

Can you explain how to use this or where to put this?
Yes people are using modded handling files and there cars are going at super speed to avoid cops etc etc.
I would really like to be able to block this from happening
