What did you do to get this issue? Everything that i found at this forum, and google.
What server did you get this issue on? FiveM doesnt open

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Reinstalled GTA V
Downgraded GTA V from 1.1737.6 to 1.1737.0
Reinstalled FiveM
Windows Defender and Firewall disabled and i added an exception on both.

Upgraded my graphics card driver to 19.9.2
And the last thing that i tried: verified the gta v game files so i’m running the last version 1.1737.6 now.

After all of those steps that i found, nothing worked.

Somebody help me please?

Somebody ?

After a week of trying everything that i found on google. I found a solution with a friend.

I just deleted C:\Users–\AppData\Local\DigitalEntitlements folder and solved the problem.
