Ye, FiveReborn IS using social club to start up - wich is normal, after that it’s bypassed and no longer used.

Solved the problem for me.
In the gta5 root folder there was the command -scOfflineOnly was set in the comandline.txt. I dont know why it was there, never made that. But without this command SC and fivereborn works fine know.
