So I’m trying to make a server so me and my friends can play together and the vps language is stuck in german it won’t let me change it to english any ideas?

You are using their Virtual Private Server, meaning you selected your own configuration. In the configuration options you have two settings for the OS of the VPS, one is Windows 10 in German (default), other one is in English. You just need to chainge that.
