Most likely two scripts trying to apply weather at the same time, check whatever you added to your server ?
I put the script with snow map mode and everything or maybe the server itself needs time to change?
when it comes to weather you can mess with timescale xmls and tweak them but also even just making a blizzard weather script from native gta could work but make sure you dont use 2 weather scripts
Server does not need time to change, only if you make that into a script where weather transitions. You might have more than one weather script inside the server, both are trying to sync and change the weather for the server.
