Simple Trainer not working on single player?

What did you do to get this issue?
i downloaded the lastest version of simple trainer, then copied all files to the plugins folder.
What server did you get this issue on?
this was on single player.

CitizenFX.log file
dont know where that is.

i have uninstalled and reinstalled fiveM, put scripthookV and shVdotnt in the plugins folder, put it in the mods folder, i have done everything.
