Side server problem

I get on a side server every time i join the server but when i join other servers i get on the main server.
doe the other players can se when i type in ooc chat and i get new id every time i join.

i have done this:
Restart computer
Restart FiveM^
Reinstall FiveM
Tp to player - worked but they can still not se me and i cant se them.

When i joinar the server i get into a page server i can not see anyone and no one can see me but i can use the mobile to text with people and they get mediate i can make robbery and the police get alarm i can be tpad by admin but they do not see me and I do not see them.
