Well the game is a fresh reinstall so nothing is old there and the error states seventeen-utah-blossom

Your crash reason seems to reflect on Out of Memory. Make sure you close all other applications you do not need. I believe server resources and heavy car skins can impact client memory utilisation. Could you keep track of what percentage of your RAM is used when on the server, and see if it hits a very high usage?

How can I increase the ram to be able to play

I suggest trying another server and seeing how everything is. The best way is to buy RAM modules and install them on your computer, or if you can’t, to upgrade your system. Although I doubt it would be like that across all servers, as the recommended is 8 GB anyways.

you got 8gb of ram which is more then enough you may just have way to many things running in the background that could be potentially eating up your memory.
