I am trying to make it to when you search for my server, instead of a number ip address, it is a domain name that will connect you to my server?

You can’t do that, you can however, set a server name in the server.cfg
Domain names resolve to an IP address, which is what is displayed on the server listing. You can/should be able to punch a domain name into direct connect and have it connect to a server associated with that domain.
Although the keys can only be assigned to an IP, You can advertise your server as a domain name as long as it resolves to your game server and you can set it as a var in your server.cfg. It will show up via direct connect using the domain:
Create a SRV record on your DNS that points your domain name ot a IP address.
Where in the server.cfg would I set this up at?
