I know there was something released about this a while ago, but when it comes to servers charging IRL money for access to modded cars (IRL cars in game), is this allowed? The only way you can access these cars is by purchasing one of their “monthly supporter” packages or by paying a one time fee of a certain amount for 1 car. Isn’t this against TOS? The monthly supporter thing only gives you the ability to buy the car and like 15% off in game currency.
If the purchase is through Tebex, and the money is used to support the cost of the server, then yes.

entities stated in these Terms, except as expressly permitted by CitizenFX. Entities with
