Server works fine on other computer but not the one we want to use

Hello.

Me and a friend are working on a FiveM Server, we did all the port forwarding. Even disabled the Windows Firewall and removed all anti virus programs, and still nothing.

It’s acting as if the ports aren’t forwarded, even though they are.

So, we then tried it on a other computer – And it worked fine, so now we’re stuck wondering what’s causing the server to not work on the other computer?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You didn’t actually say what the problem was you were having…

True point,

Mainly, it’s acting like if the port isn’t forwarded even though it is. As we tested it on another System and it worked fine.

Did you make the rules for the ports?

If you mean like, port forward rules then yes – If firewall rules, then yes – we even disabled it once for testing.

I mean inbound and outbound rules?

Pstttttttttt, happy birthday.

We have done those as well, like I said – Even disabled Windows Firewall for testing just to see if it was the problem, but it’s not.

For future replies, we have port forwarded everything… have even disabled Windows Firewall for testing, and removed all anti viruses – We even moved the server over to another computer to test which is on the same Network.

It’s acting like as if the ports aren’t forwarded, meaning we can’t connect to the server when its on the computer we want to use for the Hosting.

are you changing the port forwarding IPs when switching between computers?

Yep, and the server works fine on the other computer. But not the one we want to use.
