Server wont show up at all

all the sudden as of sometime in the past 7 days my friend and I’s FiveM server randomly stopped appearing on the FiveM server list. nothing changed between the server functioning and breaking, so I have no clue whats wrong. Can anyone help me?

Because fivem are cunts. They decided to only allow servers from ZAP hosting.

They setup and run servers for fivem. if you have a vps or dedicated system then your fine but if you run off of a service that set it up and run it for you then it won’t show up.

if you had that server at another gameserverprovider than ZAP-Hosting (us) it may became blacklisted. You can send the last invoice of your provider to fivem@zap-hosting.com - we will then refund the amount to ur ZAP credit.

If you setup your server on a VPS/dedicated server, you can paste the console output here. Furthermore: Are you able to connect via “direct connect”?

It was a dedicated server. We have a personal machine running 24/7 with the server on it, so we aren’t going through anyone to run our server. And furthermore, no, we can’t even direct connect now. As far as I know, we don’t even get an error message or anything in our server console. It just runs but it’s unconnectable. We litterally had this server since January 6th and we are both extremely pissed off that we got to use it for like 2-3 weeks before it stopped working

I DM’ed you the direct connect IP, if that’s what you are asking for. That is telling port forwarded IP for connection, so tell me if you need a different IP

the IP from your PM is not on the blacklist, so it is a configuration issue I guess .
