Server Stuck on awaiting script

so my server gets stuck on awaiting script, I know its a script problem but I have no idea how to track down the culprit?
I get no errors at all and I tried copying a working gamemodes/gameplay/system folder

You could make a copy of your server.cfg and keep the base scripts that you will need to load in and then slowly introduce scripts back in groups of 10 or so and when you put a block in and get stuck awaiting scripts then slowly go through the recently added black

When I try and join it keeps me at awaiting script or handshaking server and will stay there for like 5 minutes and i can do anything then it will say that its something with my wifi so i restarted my wifi and disconnected my pc from the wifi and reconnected it and tried again and it still wont work

So is it a server issue or just an issue on your end
