Server status on Discord?

Hi, guys so basically what I’m asking is how do people get their server on discord to show people playing the server name as currently my players on discord it just says playing FiveM I have saw on other discord servers for example Hunter Reece Playing *****RP. Is this a discord feature or is a script needed.
