Server Splitting Help Please

Hello, When I load into Servers I have to be the first one in because If I’m not then it server splits me, I Disconnect and it comes up with an errot, Everything is upto date, Please help me, It used to work,

Windows version? Windows 10 Newest
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Seems like the server disconnected you:

[    856593] GlobalError: Timed out after 10 seconds.
[    856703] Killing network: Timed out after 10 seconds.
[    856781] Killing network, stage 2...

You usually get put into an empty session if your client is busy streaming all the assets.
