Server restarted and I died then got banned.

I was playin earlier today and went and applied for tow truck driving and then got a notification saying the server was restarting in 5 minutes. I sat inside the city services building and let it restart. When I loaded back in it said i was bleeding and then I just died after like 10 seconds. I lost all the mining stuff I had on me and then spawned across the map for some reason. So i got in my car and drove back to the city and then got kicked again. After finally joining back again it instantly kicked me and when I tried rejoining it said I was banned for “cheating” which i funny because no admins talked to me or anything and I dont even know how to cheat considering I just got gta 5 on my pc specifically for FIVEM.
