on windows open command prompt and type in ipconfig what do you see? the ipv4 address that shows in that list is the one you want to port forward with.

This. And also try to statically assign your IP address, either on your computer or through a DHCP reservation on the router, so that it doesn’t change and disrupt the server.

I’ve gotten it to work. The problem was that we have another router that I didn’t know about in the middle of the ISP and my router. So I’ve switched it so it is: ISP > Apple Router > Second Router and it works now!
