Server not visible on servelist

Hello, today I’ve bought a server from Cit.adel Servers - everything seems to be ok on the control panel - server running etc but I cant connect and even see that server. Any idea what I need to do?

It seems that I have some problem with server starting - got this in the console:

Unhandled Exception: System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: ‘!!0[] System.Array.Empty()’.
at CitizenMP.Server.Program.d__4.MoveNext()
at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.AsyncMethodBuilderCore.Start[TStateMachine](TStateMachine& stateMachine)
at CitizenMP.Server.Program.Start(String configFileName)
at CitizenMP.Server.Program.Main(String[] args)

In citmp-server should be this :

set to false to hide from the online server list

Announce: true
