Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.
Manually cleared the server cache, multiple restarts and not a whole lot else I can do. I downloaded the entire server files onto a local machine and it works completely, so there are no issues with any of the resources that I am aware of.

I’m pretty certain this isn’t an issue with FiveM, but I figured it’d better to cover my bases. Currently the server is hosted on Zap (I know, most people don’t like Zap). The error in text is -

Listening on socket failed - libuv error address already in use. net-tcp-server failed to create server: couldn’t listenCould not bind MultiplexTcpServer to 185.249.196.120:32222. Could not bind on 185.249.196.120:32222 - is this address valid and not already in use?

So I’m curious now what exactly this means if anyone is able to provide clarity. I looked through other posts, and didn’t quite get a clear answer at least to my understanding. If you can provide it great if not, thanks for atleast reading this far.

It means your server is trying to use a port which is probably already in use, i suggest contacting Zap as they might have given the same port to two customers and they can fix it
