Server loading stucks on 0%

Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes. And re-install both apps
Error screenshot (if any) Always server loading its on 0%
System specifications R5 2600, 16GB 3000Mhz RAM, M2 240GB where is installed GTA, and more units from 120SSD and 1TB HDD.
What did you do to get this issue? I can play 3 times, but all of most time not shows the server list on app, and cant join to the servers. And when I can join, the screen stucks on 0% loading…

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? I havent antivirus. Windows is disabled.

Well this error happen when:
a) have a connection issues ( slow connection etc …)
b) you have an av or something else blocking it
Also note : disable av sometimes won’t help since it won’t …
