Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? i don’t have a software i use windows security

Also add what you already tried so far. uninstalled fiveM 3 times
restarted the pc several times
turned off windows defender.

could you provide this so we know exactly what you are talking about and upload the log file that has no number behind it as it will be the most recent one.
