I’ve tried reinstalling FiveM and GTA V. I’ve cleared my cache. Btw everything is installed onto my hard drive(not the boot drive). Idk if that will affect anything.

Try this :

  1. When starting up FiveM open up the console by pressing F8 and wait until a message with INIT FUNCTIONS shows up. This will mean FiveM is finished loading
  2. Sometimes when launching into a server ros launcher doesnt launch correctly. If you’re stuck at Policy is, restart FiveM and try again
  3. For testing purposes I also advise you to connect to a non esx server with less resources. For example a Vanilla server or Los Santos V

I found a fix! I just needed to launch GTA V into story mode then launch fivem, wait for it to fully load then I was able to load into any server. But, the problem is do I really need to launch GTA every time I want to play fivem or is there another way to fix it?

No and this is not the reason it got fixed. Like I said, sometimes ros launcher just doesn’t launch correctly. A simple restart of FiveM will work.

I found the issue, when I launch from FiveM it’s not able to load my social club for for some reason. I don’t know how to fix this issue though. image eg)
