Server License Key?

I recently Reset my C drive due to it having problems, so I’m setting everything back up and get this. (Photo above) What is it? Never had this issue before.

update: got a key and put it in the server.cfg.
still have this though:

try putting quotations around the key

Example:

sv_licenseKey “THISISMYKEY”

Tried that, no go for it

(have tried with, and without ‘set’

You’re not running it from your server-data folder. You can tell because the only resource started is “sessionmanager”

Like this? This shit key stuff is honestly fucking annoying for just hosting a local server on my desktop.

This isn’t a key problem. By the looks of your previous comments you had it executing in the correct directoy in your first screenshot, it just didn’t have a key.

Just open a command window from your server-data directory (the directoy with the resources folder) and run the “run.cmd” from from there.

I’m doing what you are saying. Still getting the KEY error upon starting my server. I’ve done this all before, something is messed up with the key, as I’m still getting the KEY error message

I finally got it working, but how do I make a shortcut for a cmd file? I don’t want to type it in every time, and the run doesn’t work in the server directory, rendering it useless

how did you make it work?

If you look at the screenshots, there were 2 executed commands:

cd c:*filepath for server folder*

run.cmd +exec server.cfg

please i wont know how you make i have seam problem
