Server Join Ragdoll+Flying

When I spawn into my server I ragdoll uncontrollably and cannot stop it, iv reset the server still continiues

System specificationsIt can Run Five M Iv never had any issues
What did you do to get this issue? Transferred Server from GameHosting to ZAP
What server did you get this issue on? my server “National Justice Department”
CitizenFX.log file
.dmp files/report IDs

Also add what you already tried so far.
Deleted Cache, restarted server.

I have a few people on my server that has the same thing. Looking for a fix but have not seen any yet.
