Hey! We got aa issue with our server, everytime me and my friends join we get this timed out error after few minutes after joining. I have tried removing some resources but it still won’t help. Any ideas?

This only happens on my server, not on others.
well then the server connection sucks, try to get a better host.
I use Zap, Rootserver. with 500/500mbits
Think I found the issue when I ran speedtest on the server. Paid for 500/500 talking to them now
I am, but all I get is restart the server and save my files xD
Restarted my rootserver as said and I got a small better result
Still not 500/500
Now I need to take a backup of everything on my root and then they will reinstall it 
They should have done this for me instead of giving me work for their issues.
