Hello,
Over 2 weeks ago attempted to begin development of my own server, upon attempting to joined noticed the server ip has been blocked ( pictured above ) due to the possibility of it being sold from a seperate GSP.
Following the instructions, email was sent to the support email explaining the issue, After 4 days eventually received a reply with the moderator asking (at)Admins to unblock the ip. It’s been a further 8 days without a reply & server still IP blocked.
Was unsure what else to do as already responded to the email asking for any updates without answer, so was left to post here in attempt to get this resolved.
If you require further information such as email used etc, please private message me or ask & will message those details ( Relevant people only )
Hello, this is a friendly reminder because this is your first time creating a topic (or it has been a while since your last topic) in this category.
Please note that most of the support is provided by the FiveM community on a voluntary basis. We ask you to be patient; there is no guarantee we have a solution to your problem(s). To avoid unnecessary/duplicate topics, please browse the forums before creating a topic.
To improve your chances of your issue(s) being solved, please provide as much information as possible about the issue(s) you are having. Also —whenever possible— please use the template given to you when creating a topic.
Please make sure to follow each step of what is noticed in your error message.
If your server runs on a real vps, you’ll need to take a screenshot as a proof, as stated in the message.
As stated in the message above, all instructions were followed, The moderator who replied authorized the Ips to be unblock, however upon that request not ‘Admins’ followed through, which has been well over a month.
It defeats the purpose of having said system in place when no action is taken to resolve when Ips are falsely flagged.
