Server Dropout issue

Hello all,

Working with a server running vRP with a system admin and we are having issues with users “dropping out” where they are still on the server and the only log it provides is "Received a vouch for USER, they have 2 vouches and need 3.

Has anyone encountered this issue?

It seems like people have however there is no resolution. It’s running on a linux box.
