Server doesn't appear in the list

I have a server with a vRP on my VPS Linux, but there a problem:
My server doesn’t appear in the list but my friends can connect trough direct connect.

The ports are open
I checked the key of server
#sv_master1 is commented out

I need help, thank you very much

I’ve discussed / provided help in the #support channel on discord to @vaccie, We didn’t come to a solution and I suggested to make a topic onto the forums.

The following things we’ve tested:

  1. In the server.cfg, the sv_master1 is still commented out (i.e. announcing url is not overwritten).
  2. Server does send out a heartbeat.
  3. Server has enough time to be picked up by the server list, it has been online for longer than 6 hours continously.
  4. I could read out the info.json from his ip+port, serverlist should be able to fetch the information.

Since I’m out of options, maybe someone else (elements?) has suggestions on why this might happen.

Firewall? Antivirus?

Did you let exe thru firewall? If you’re running a vps it has a firewall and you’ll need to do this to get server to appear on list.
