Server connection timed out after 15 seconds - VPS - Windows Server 2012

Hello FiveM Community…
I have this problem that i cant fix and i tried ALL methods, and im out of methods trying fixing it, so know i try ask for your help here.

When iam alone on the server, everything works fine, no lagg nothing! But when another player is joining the server starts to lagg a little and bum, server connection timed out after 15 seconds, in the console it is just telling me that (player)(id) - Disconnected, nothing else…

fix?

same problem me too I’ve just bought a vps windows from the zap and i have the same problem

I’ve had this problem multiple times with zap both using their vServers and Root Servers. Their supports tells you to purchase a FiveM server from them rather than a vps package. Unfortunately i never managed to find a fix.
