Server Client connecten timed out. Pending Commands: 63

Hello guys, we have a big FiveM server with 100+ people in roleplay, every last 4 evenings there is a problem that our people are thrown off the server with the following screenshot…
It says server->client connectionn timed ouzt. Pending Commands 63.
What we’ve tried so far:
Ddos analysis on 30120 no detection
Backup from 10 days ago (didn’t help)
Tried another port
FiveM Profiler disabled some scripts that took a long time. Didn’t have any success…


The users connect to the server and spawn as a random ped without loading into their character and fly again after 30s with the screenshot shown above…
What can cause this?
I’m slowly getting stumped…

This comment was in response to this post where the user’s gcPhone event was sending 121414 bytes of data, crashing his clients. Your events are sending more than that. That user’s solution was to clear their gcPhone’s message database. As Bubble said…

But we have imported a backup from 10 days ago… When everything was still running without problems… Why should this error still be there?
The funny thing is:

There are 30 people playing normally on the server… It’s going to be around 8pm later in the evening… Then it starts people flying out with the above mentioned screen…
Even if we restart the server, people are always born in a different ped… The characters are no longer loaded and are thrown out of the game again after 30s… We’re really at a loss as to what can cause that… Our CPU load is at 10% and the RAM at 22% utilization… We can’t detect any special connections on our main port…
