Im regarding who in CFX could I contact as a lawyer is out of the equation. There is nothing legally tying me and those files together. It would make more sense and be easier to contact someone in CFX, just dont know how I do that.

Why wouldnt it be a FiveM concern? And I never actually said it was, I just said I wanted to talk to someone in CFX about it as why would I spend months taking this the legal route when I could just talk to CFX as using ripped/stolen content from other servers is not allowed.
