I have a newly deployed QBcore server, and I have been logged in trying to figure out how the job system works.
where do I go to pick a job? I assume that once I have the job tasks will get assigned to me. right?
just cannot figure out where to get a job.
also I was looking at my qb-policejob config.lua and It does not say anything about grade or pay. it only has that information listed in jobs.lua is that ok?
To help you out, to find where all the jobs/job grades are listed, they are located in the folder qb-core > shared > jobs.lua
if you want to test each job, if you gave yourself admin permissions on your server, type in the chat box
/setjob [yourid (default 1 )] [jobname] [job grade number (as listed in the jobs.lua)]
qb-cityhall also deals with allowing players to apply for jobs but i never figured it out and edited it to remove that feature
