Selfmade mlo not showing up

Hello dear community, I have one creepy issue !

I created myself a small Interrior via 3DS MAX and I put everything correct into Codewalker and saved all its looking good for a small Test.

But for somehow I cant see it on my Fivem Server what did I miss here?
