Actualy no im searching for 2 weeks
It was part of customui which was stolen from a server and thus dmca takedowns went out for it.
The original creators said he will release it sometime but never said when.

Ye I think they did since some servers on my country use it exactly like that 
Its not hard to code it in if you have a base. Just search for customui.
That was its name.
You can use es_ui or something like that, it’s the commom ui on ESX RP I think. Also you need CSS and HTML basic knowleage just for do something diferent. I’m on it, maybe when i finished can publish it to help the community.

You need to add radius into .status and .inner
Those will then make the container and the fill round.

You dont have to use % you can use px which will smooth it out quicker for you.
