Hey, is there a Script that saves vehicles and after a Server restart there are spawning at the same point as before the restart?
When not, can you help me to develope it?

No one is going to develop something specifically for you. This forum is intended to share and learn, not have someone do all the work for you.
I believe you will need to save the location of each vehicle periodically, the details of the entity and then create those entities from the data saved when you restart.
